Nikolay Kurichev (PhD: Lomonosov Moscow State University, 2013), Junior Researcher


Specialist in industrial geography, especially in the field of location of U.S. manufacturing. The key science interest field is the mutual influence of shifts in location of manufacturing on the national level and the evolution of the world economy and international division of labor. The second field of research is modelling and forecasting of the development of world and Russian energy sector, as well as state energy policy of Russia. He has a Master of Geography from the Moscow State University (2011). Nikolay Kurichev works at the Institute since 2011. At 2013 he defended his Candidates dissertation on subject Spatial organization of manufacturing in the international context (the case of U.S.).
